When you're in the neighborhood after perusing the shops on the Avenue stop in to the Rustica for a bite to eat. I recommend the Quattro Verdure with the Truffle-Garlic oil to dip the crust.

This place is legendary for their excellent, but potent Margaritas. The best I have ever had! You can choose from margaritas, sangrias, house margaritas, salted, sugared, frozen, and on the rocks. Due to their "what-hit-me" strength there is a 3 Margarita limit. Their food is amazing as well and I...

Lucky Joes is the perfect pub to go to if you are over 25 and still cool! They have live music 3-4 days a week and the music variety is always fresh. The pub is super laid back with great service and cheap drinks. They have a new drink special every day of the week and the food menu is unbelievable....

The Matte Factor is by-far my favorite place to visit religiously. Hand carved tables, benches, chairs, bars, and a warm glow from the wood are the first things to great you when you walk in. Up at the counter you can order regular Mattes (a kind of tea), Iced fruit juice Mattes (the peach is my f...

3 Margaritas is a chain restaurant, but unless you live in Colorado or Arizona you’ve probably never heard of them. They have about 15 locations in those two states. My fair city of Brighton, CO has had one for about a year.
The Brighton location is in a little strip mall anchored by the local...

Make sure to stop in "The Rio" in either Ft. Collins, Boulder, Steamboat, Austin (TX), Greeley or Denver to have at least 1 margarita...or dare to drink 3 which is what they limit you to during one visit. They will kick your ass.

If you are coming to Fort Collins at any point and love Chinese food there is only one place to eat-Hot Wok Cafe. It's a small hole in the wall in the college area. The surroundings are not fancy to say the least but I'm a believer in going somewhere for the food not to look at the walls. It is owne...

I was in the Denver area for business. I'm always on the lookout for local eateries.
Well, I think Earl's is a local eatery.
All of the orders were great. Fish Tacos - just-right spicy. Drinks - filled before they were empty.
This is the best place to meet friends for lunch on Friday bef...
