Thi hotel looked incredible on the website!! and the rooms were great! the only problem: the A/C didnt work!!!!!!!!! we call too many times the front desk. We had to open the windows to get some air in. They said it was hot because of that!! and it was hot long before we opened the windows!! we had to stay there and be hot! The food was good. One of my friends was there for work so we didnt pay for it. I would have been very upset if I had to pay for this hotel and get a broken A/C unit AND not get help!!!
Besides service, the location was excellent. Right next to a T station and right across from Prudential Center. Also, Newburry Street is only a few blocks away as well as the Public Garden and Copley Square.  Part of the Weekend in Boston, September 2007 travel blog
