Great view, bad service for its price:
Despite its wonderful location, Colonna and doesn't manage to be a good choice. The rooms are far from desirable, the staff is not prepared, don't even speak Spanish, or English, rude, and the food and kitchen maintenance are disastrous. Its architecture does not integrate to the nature, which is the best it offers, since the hotel hangs over a thin cliff by an over rated beach in Buzios, Rio de Janeiro. |
