Once the bar exam was done, I ventured to Argentina and other parts unknown. My buddy Larry Motts flew in from L.A. and the real adventure began.

We made it to Colonia after a straightforward 7 hour trip from Punta del Diablo.  It was the former smuggling capital of Uruguay and is considered one of the "jewel in the crown" towns on the continent.   Tree-lined cobbled streets, classic colonial buildings and a very tranquil atmosphere make it a real treasure.
