this are some of my many pics that i had taken from my trips of this year 2008 since february to brazil - Rio de Janeiro - Sao Paulo then on June to Cuzco, Arequipa, Ica, Mancora (In Peru) july 10 to 28 : Ecuador - quito - guayaquil - Montañitas,August 6 to 20 : Colombia - Santa Marta - Bogota - Cartagena.

Enormous city that is always awake with either music or theater festivals all around the year.....tons of culture, amazing food, museums and more more....

Back home to colombia... I usualy make this trip every other year. this time i started in Bogota than went to Popayan and from there Cali.

Dank des Ecuadorianischen Botschafters in Berlin, der Katha ihr Voluntaers-Visum verweigerte musste sie Ecuador verlassen und ich hatte die Ehre inne, ihre Reisebegleiterin spielen zu duerfen :) Also machten wir uns am 1.Dezember 2007 auf in unser Abenteuer! 17 Tage lang reisten wir durch dieses wundervolle Land, 17 Tage voller Busfahrten (aneinander gerechnet 4 1/2 Tage), voller Militaerkontrollen, Achsenbruechen, toller Museen, der Karibik und den wunderschoensten Anden! I went for New Year's. I have family there and went there to celebrate New Year's. Celebrating New Years in Bogota was an unbelievable experience.

Este parque esta situado a 40Kmts al norte de la ciudad de Medellín y es un sitio donde el agua es su principal protagonista. Tiene para el deleite de sus miles de visitantes piscinas de olas, toboganes y varias atracciones mas.

Columbia is not the drug-frenzied, prominent kidnapping country it used to be labeled as, but a great area. Places visited: Pasto, Cali, San Cipriano, Medellin, Cartagena, Santa Marta

A journey that took me along the northern coast of Spain up to Santiago de Compostela and then to Fisterra. One step at the time, I walked 1000 kilometers until I got to the end of the world. A journey within the spanish landscape, history and culture. But also a journey within myself... I had traveled before, but from that trip I brought much more than pretty pictures. I brought back important lessons of life!
