Coconut grove

You are greeted with a big German smile "Hola, my name is Heidi" and what a very mellow lady she is, Coconut grove hotel or cabinas is too the east of Puerto Veijo, ok so most of the backpackers go straight to "Rocking Js" but i know somebody who went there, and got bit too death by mozzies so bugger that... Coconut grove was described in Lonely planet as clean, reconmended, so thats where we went.  We got a nice room, with two beds and mozzie nets, fan but a shared bathroom, except we are the only ones using it, as all the private rooms sold out.  The place is kept so clean its amazing, the sheets are changed everyday and we are given clean towels too... There was a problem with the mozzies but we brought a plug in burner as so problem solved.. i really enjoyed my stay there, Heidi lets you do your own thing, doesnt have a million rules and the hotel is in a decent place.. we paid 20dollars for the room, which worked out for us under 5quid each, that was a good price for puerto veijo.. i would stay there again.
