Coconut Cay Resort & Marina Marathon

I chose to stay at this particular hotel bc its has a very convienent location. Its in Marathon, near a Publix, a Winn-Dixie, and many restaurants, etc.

The pricing is decent as well, basically anything around $100/night or less, down in the Keys is really good.

Now when I am on vacation (or looking for to stay in hotels), I am usually not spending a whole lot of time there in the room, so I am not too picky as long as the room is clean!

These rooms are clean and they did smell good, like cleanliness. BUT! But the water in the shower drips (not good for light sleepers), the toilet ran after flushing, and they have boxed Air Conditioning window sets, not central air, which its ok because it kept the room cool, but the AC was very loud each time it turned off and on. The bed mattress wasn't very comfortable either.

I would recommend staying here if you are only staying one or two nights and if your 'vacation' or trip doesn't consist of hanging out in the room the whole time. But if its a longer trip, stay somewhere a little more comfortable.
