For anyone that wanted to read this but didn't understand. A brief and rough translation. He says that there are horse shows in a town called Jerez de La Frontera, which is a small city near Cadiz, in the region of Andlusia. I had the pleasure of staying in this town, but unfortunetly never spent any time there because I went to Cadiz every day. Anyway, there are these amazing horse shows, and to top it off there are many places called (Bodegas) where they make Sherry (Jerez). You can take a tour and sample the sherry they produce there. According to this guy it's great!

Cuadrupedo casi humano, noble y maravilloso.
