Comfortable and clean, fairly inexpensive (we paid 98 AUS dollars for a double room for one night - about 40 UK pounds). The hotel is well-placed in the centre of Cairns to walk to everything you might want. It has an internet cafe downstairs, bag lockers and a laundry room, plus the price includes breakfast and a light dinner! We didn't eat afterall, and might have liked something a bit more luxurious, but the money we saved we spent in Pesci's waterfront restaurant on mudcrab!
