Disapointing May 26, 2008
We rented 5 jeeps from clifhanger. While we were picking them up i pointed out every single dent and scratch on them. Owner of clifhanger was there making notes of those things.
When we came back to return first they send us to car wash saying that jeeps were dusty and after that they were trying to charge us for preexisting dents that I pointed at the beginning. We were told that those dents were marked as scratches on our rental documents. They were trying to charge us over $4000 in damage. After long argument we had to pay $450 for one skid plate. Wery unplesant experience!!! I'm in Moab twice a year and I will never rent a jeep from them again!!!! |
