I and my friends took a car from Shannon and first drove north up to Achill Island and down south to Cork.

We stayed overnight in the fishing town of CLIFDEN at the STATION HOUSE. There was a museum across the hotel but we didn't see it. We were interested in what was on television because the War had started. We did go out on the town in Clifden to a couple bars. The pubs were close so we just walked. …

I went around the entire island in a two week period.. Ireland is a very beautiful country with a great heritage and diverse landscapes. I have a TON of pictures so I've been kinda lazy and only added the first couple days of the trip so far, but there will be many more to come.

A friend and I traveled to Ireland over Spring Break. It was an amazing trip filled with lots of adventures! We met many new friends and shared many stories over many pints of Guinness.
