Don't knock it til you try it. This is where I am from, or should say I grew up. I later realized there are places to live where it does not snow. Don't go to this "Polish Siberia" in the winter but I would encourage a visit at any time in the summer. Why Cleveland? Because it is a lot closer to the lake than Cinci or Columbus :)
