 A sad disappointment Feb 22, 2006
I've stayed there many times but was sadly disappointed during this stay. Their customer service, spa quality and overall ambiance have gone way downhill. They have rude management. There is no excuse for this with the prices the Claremont charges...read entire review at TravelPost.com
