Ciudad Juarez Travel and Tourism Guide

Ciudad Juarez is the biggest city in the Mexican state of Chihuahua. Ciudad Juarez is the official name for this city, but it may also be called Juarez, Juaritos (for the locals) and sometime even J-Town.

Being located in the desert, Ciudad Juarez has hot temperatures during the summer and cold temperatures during winter. With that climate situation, it makes for a very unpredictable weather all year long. However, the city is well protected against all kinds of natural disasters (except floods, probably).

Ciudad Juarez is one of the top five cities in Mexico in both importance and population. It is the second most important border city in the world (after tijuana apparently). Its main employment source are Assembly Plants.
