City Hostel Geneva

I stayed in the City Hostel in Geneva and was overwhelmingly impressed. It's one of the better hostels i've ever stayed in.

It's exceptionally clean, the rooms are excellent, clean and newly renovated, very friendly and helpful staff, it's just a 5 minute walk from the central train station, they give you a free public transport pass that is valid for your stay and will even get you to the airport.

They sell Swiss Army knives at the lowest prices possible, have very decent kitchens, fantastic bathrooms, lockers, games room, internet cafe, tv room, and there is also free wireless internet.

It's not right in the old town but it's a nice short walk and with the trams you can easily get anywhere.

I would highly recommend it as the only budget place to stay in Geneva.
