City Buffet Fairview Reviews
new restaurant but needs improvement on food taste Jul 16, 2012
City Buffet is a very new buffet restaurant in the Fairview area in Quezon City. It is located at the second floor of Shoe Mart (SM) Fairview.
Since the restaurant is very new, everything is still sparkling including the serving trays. The atmosphere is classy. The dining room is very clean and well ventilated.
The dining hall itself is huge! It’s a good place for intimate family gathering. Even though it is a buffet restaurant, privacy is still attained.
City Buffet is an all-you-can- eat for PhP650.00 (US$16.67) per person (lunch), and PhP950.00 (US$24.36) per person (dinner). Free refill for drinks. I think it is quite pricey.
They have plenty of food selections from Chinese cuisine to Filipino dishes to Korean foods to Japanese sushi & tempura, etc. They have quite a few desserts selections as well. The food tastes? It didn't pass my taste.
Since the restaurant is inside the mall, there are other things you can do after eating (like shopping)!
Another “turn off” is, some platters were empty and replenishing of food was quite slow.
Cost: average for developed countries but pricey for developing or for local standard.
