City Bikes Vienna Reviews
Wanna see the city on a bike? Apr 02, 2011
City Bikes is a bike rental company in Vienna. It's a great/cheap way to see the city. There are many locations where you can just pick up a bike, you first register at the booth next to the bikes, you pay €1 to register, then you basically use the bike for free. Everytime you want to use a bike you just enter your card into the machine, it doesn't take any money it just recognises that it is you, you enter your pass word and then it realises a bike from the electronic stands. You can use the bike for the first hour for free, then its €1 every hour after the first hour, but what we do is cycle around the city for about 45 mins, then go to a city bike stand and put the bike back, then enter our cards and we get to take another bike for free :) pretty good system we have going :) deffo worth seeing the city on a bike!
