Great location, right in the middle of bars and churches. The river is a minute walk just like the main lake is only a short stroll. Lots of restaurants close bye.
Rooms are a reasonable size with room to walk around at will. The down side is that you have to walk up a few flights of stairs to get to reception and rooms. Reception is only open at certain hours also. The help I found was great, good english speaking people to help. Will stay here again and again |

Afforable and friendly hostel in Zurich Mar 30, 2009
This hostel is about 10 minutes away from the Zurich train station, I thought the location was perfect - there were shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets near by. The staff were very friendly and helpful - I needed directions to get to a place, the receptionist quickly looked it up for me and told me which train to take. I also enjoyed using the kitchen and common room! There were 6 beds in my room, the facilities were basic but clean. The price was also reasonable and I would recommend this place to others.
