Guide for visitors Feb 01, 2017
First, there is no any tour available yet.

Now, how visitor can benefit of it presentation?! First of all, you can get here free copy of schedules for city public transportation (there are in touristic offices too), list of city streets and precisely information about sport clubs in city. Probably more but those information I needed.

You will trough security service (I remember two persons), they are more information service and they give me map and public transportation book but I am not sure they know English. All those information you could get in many of touristic information offices in downtown.

But note that you can enter to building on door from side of Gospodska street - see photos.

But yet, different purpose for residence of Banja Luka though. No guide tour or free walk around it like in any other similar institution. That is not forbidden just pointless. I know that once I was in one office to collect information about sports clubs. That was before any of this tourist service was active. Anyway, building is still very nice and good photo object.

Working hours:

- during week from 8 am till 4 pm

- reception office during week (room 18) - from 8 am till 8 pm, they have active service and during holidays.

City Assembly, together with cabinet of Governor of Banja Luka is placed in the Center of City. The building is look-a-like as Banski dvori.

Something about this!

During process forming Vrbaska duchies in 1929th and where is the first ban Svetislav Tisa Milosavljevic announced, it was the need to build a representative seats in Banja Luka. For the construction of this palace and Ban's Palace (Banski dvori) was announced in 1930. The official competition for best design was began in March 1931, while the grand opening of the building was eighth November 1932nd. Both structures were predicted many facilities. So in the Civil Administration planned 150 rooms with all the administrative and administrative apparatus Subdivisions while Bans court had Boardroom, conference facilities for receptions, hall, flat ban from the apartment for important visitors, the room heating, kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes and other premises. Disposition of these objects are resolved block system, with skylights with extremly central steps, deliberately and creatively, with the satisfaction of all functions. Dimensions include street corners, in which, surging facades on three sides, forming a closed blocks. Such architectural solution, incorporating a unified architectural expression of classicism and elements of medieval Serbian architecture, with drawn and accentuated by pilasters, and treated with decorative capitals and archivists semicircular openings that frame.

Today, these buildings serve a similar purpose. This is city administration and office of city major.
