Cinnamon Lodge Habarana Reviews
First class hotel, teeming with wildlife. Feb 12, 2011
We booked a deluxe room here. Four nights B&B was around £480.
The room was huge and spotlessly clean. We had a separate living area, with large T.V. with dvd player and cinema sound system.
A large bathroom with tub and separate shower. A large verandah with table and chairs.
Huge grounds with lots to see. There are two restaurants and two bars. The food was excellent, the staff were efficient, polite and friendly.
This is a beautiful place to stay if you love the quiet surroundings, birds, wildlife, and a relaxing break away from it all. Its beside a lake with plenty of walks to do after the great food you will no doubt have eaten in the restaurant. The hotel pool is a good size with sun loungers around the pathway. The hotel has two Giant Squirrels living in the trees outside the restaurant who will join you at breakfast time. They love bananas. They have their own pig farm on site and will take you for a visit. The accommodation is currently being upgraded and the units of houses are stunning. All the staff are lovely and will do anything requested. The monkeys are part of the stay and will sit on your outside chairs and run along the paths. Loved every minute of my stay.
We will not hesitate to return to this hotel. First class in every way.
