Lovely Cruises And Yummy Vietnamese Food Oct 25, 2009
I have been to Vietnam several times and this is my third time in Hoi An, I have to say Hoi An is my most favorite city in Vietnam. I have worked here for 2 months and do a lot of things. Last month, I was invited by my colleague to have dinner on a cruise in Hoi An called Cinnamon Cruise and this is a fantastic experience that I had. We were picked up at our hotel, then transferred to the cruise and we boarded at around 5 pm with some other customers. It a very beautiful wooden boat with nice furniture, Western kitchen and toilet.
We got a complimentary cocktail called "Cinnamon Cruise cocktail" which was so nice and they offered the best Vietnamese food that I have never tasted before though I have been in Vietnam for a long time.Fortunately, it was a dry day so the sunset was very nice by the time we got to the estuary and we could take many photos. The crew was so attentive and very helpful, they told us a lot of things about the river life, of course, more than what I know. No doubt, I will take another sunset cruise when my friends come to visit me in 2 weeks. |
