Church of St John the Baptist

I have prepared myself with the list of Madaba's attraction and places of interest. One of them is Catholic Church, Saint John the Babtist or more popular known as Cathedral. This church is still used for regular daily service at 7:00 pm and sunday masses. It's always locked outside of those timing, tehrefore we couldn't get in, it was too bad because the church has some good paintings inside.
This church is located on top of the hill. It's said to be visible from afar and one of Madaba's landmark. Which we didn't really feel that way as it was quite difficult to find out the church and just find it by chance (or probably we're just too disoriented)...
