Most Memorable Travel Experience
worst: getting "robbed" by "shoe shiners" in Bulgaria. sucked. just don't go there, kk?
best: my most memorable travel moment actually happened not far from my home.. I was coming back from a month in England, which I felt was a rather dull experience landscapewise (I am sorry, I like you britons and would definately go back, but i am spoiled with nature up here!). It was right before dawn, I was on the nightbus coming down from a dramatic mountain pass. there was a dead quiet lake that mirrored the mountains, surrounded by foggy green fields with deer, and some old fashioned houses dotted around.. it was like a painting, picture perfect. I was in complete awe of the place and I actually think that was the first time i was really proud to be Norwegian. Also, listening to people talk in South Carolina.. I luuv me some rednecks y'all! I just turned 27 and have realised I need to get out there and LIVE before its too late... You know, "finding myself" and all that good stuff. so bring it on! :)
