Coolest place in Phnom Penh Apr 11, 2009
We strolled along Sisowath Quay in search of the coolest place for 4 girls to hang out and we didn't think twice before we decided to stay in this bar.
What caught our attention was the booming sound system and the great music. I'm not sure on how often, but during the time we were there, they had a visiting DJ and the music was simply awesome. The ambience was chic and the crowd was pretty hip too. There were a lot of expats hanging out at this place. Price wasn't so bad generally, it was worth it.
