Chinese Cemetary in Manila is the only one of its kind in the World (according to the guide) and its a place where you can buy a house or a grave for the dead.. If you ever heard the term "Ghost city" this would be the best place to use it.

Its not for the normal Filipino-Chinese ,but rather for the upper middle class and the wealthy. The price to buy a house here is over 20.000 USD which is ALOT here in the philippines. And after 25years you have to pay to renew the property.

The thing thats really amazing is that this Ghost town is that its in so much better condition than the rest of Manila that you start to wonder.. It seems like a wealthy small european town with main streets and even aircondition in some of the houses! (think about 25years of electricity, and then you begin to understand how rich some of this people are)

The entrance is free, but you should hire a guide. The guards and guides have so much knowledge so you should hire a guide to show you around for a couple of hours. The normal price is P450 pr hour, but its easy to bargain it down to P350 an hour, and thats a bargain if you count all the information you get.

To get there take the LRT to the station before R.papa. The information says to should take it to R.papa ,but then you will have to walk for 30mins to get there. Better to go off one stop before and walk for 10mins.

Highly recomended.

I had to buy my ticket by giving my credit card details over the phone to Cebu Pacific.  Turns out Boracay didn’t have a Cebu Pacific office for me to avail of my booking.  It was a travel agency that was selling the tickets at the Touri…… Home at last

Inevitably, I’d had some misadventures on my trip, which usually involved men.  Not surprising I guess, being female and alone. I won’t mention names, but instead give a general description.    There was the Sex Tourist.  …… P.S. Misadventures
