Affordable tradional Chinese courtyard in old Hutong area in Beijing. Jan 28, 2009
This small hostel situated in an old Beijing Hutong area. 20 min walk to the Forbidden City 5 min to all the transits that will connect you to all major tourists traps. the owner of this place, Joe and staffs are very helpful, have tongs of info about Beijing (will lead free tour if you ask) and others places (they like to travel). Joe will make you feel part of his family and friends, he even loan me money on the weekend (They have a screw up system to cash your TT in China) . I was planted to stay for two days but ended up almost stay for two weeks and camp on the wild wall will him. If you ever wanted to experience the real Beijing this hostel will not let you down!
