The best place and one of the cheapest in Puerto Veijo, is Chili Roja, its a Thai, middle easten restaurant which also serves veggie foods, its a tiny little place, on the main road, there are only 8 tables and it is packed every single night, believe me, the food is amazing... If you like Thai food you will love it, there Thai fish noodle soup is bloody fantastic, and there veggie plate brilliant.. this is the place where i had that decent glass of Chilean chardonnay, and what i mean by that is, its drinkable and the size of the glass is huge. A meal for two will set you back 8,000c that includes two proper drinks each and a nice dinner. add the tax and its all under 10,000c i think it is worth every penny, and would go there every night as the food was bloody amazing... Chili roja is a absolute find... find it, and seek this place out, you will not be disapointed...
