Chicanna Ecovillage Resort Xpujil Reviews
Protecting the environment small scale Jun 29, 2010
We were on our way to Tulum and stayed over for the night.
The location is great if it lies on your path, but to be here on holidays doesn't appeal to me, to far from the world and the sea.
The staff is helpful, putting our luggage on a cart to bring it to our bungalow.
Reception is fast in checking us in and are at least tri-lingual: Spanish, English and Portuguese.
Our house is designed to get by without airco: everything is ventilating.
We have a three beds room (good to have some room when it's warm.
The restaurant serves nice Mexican food, a good choice for everyone. (and a cold beer is better than luke-warm water:)
On the resort is a pool. We enjoy the fresh water until it is time to sleep.
The breakfast is served in the restaurant. standard Mexican breakfast: tortillas, beans, toast, egg. Good to start the day!!
