Cherokee / Great Smokies KOA Reviews
This whole area is great for motorcycle riding, great sites, sounds & smells Dec 13, 2008
The Cherokee / Great Smokies KOA with 400 campsites is located just a few miles from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway, some of the prettiest scenery you will ever see. This whole area is great for motorcycle riding, great sites, sounds & smells. The Raven Fork River runs through the campground and on the other side are three tribal trout ponds. Both are stocked twice weekly, so they say, didn’t help me No Fish for Old School. Things you don’t see everywhere The Cherokee / Great Smokies KOA has its own felt of van to take you to the area attractions, family-oriented film under the stars, tractor-pulled wagon that winds through camp. There is everything you find in the standard KOA but there are numerous pulses don’t see elsewhere!
