NIce place for Breakfast Apr 10, 2008
We went via Chelsea Market on the way to a Helicopter tour. It's a great little place to see little Deli's, bakery's and other food shops. There is also a waterfall (manmade of course) and other quirky bits and bobs making it an interesting place to wander.

As the whole trip was for my parents 50th Birthdays and 30th Wedding Anniversary, we needed to sort out some kind of special pressie, after much deliberation we (my brother, sister and I) decided on a Helicopter ride. Mainly because we wanted to do …Chelsea Market (a must!) and stopped off at Amy's Bread for breakfast (my whole family found it very amusing to take pictures of me under the sign from every angle!). Another day, another two sisters coming to visit. My other two sisters just arrived from Paris, visiting the relatives and they decided to stop by to visit The Big Apple. One big happy family so far. And it was not easy trying to please everyone …Chelsea Market, with lots of food shops and where they film Emeril! for the Food Network. After that was a trip to Rockefeller Center to visit the Top of the Rock. I would recommend this place over the Empire State Building (waiting here will be around… The third coming. . . |

Woke up early today and walked down the block to grab a quick bite to eat. The weater was a bit warmer than I had expected at 47 degrees and sunny. This was still pretty cold to me since it was 70 degrees when I left L.A.
