So after going to your typical supermarket I generally feel very spent. There's like 40 different varieties of pasta sauce. Everything LOOKS like it is on sale. The line's are long and the service generally ambivalent. I don't know why I ever go to them...

Trader Joe's is a chain of grocery stores that attempts to only offer high quality products for reasonable prices. Hip music often plays in the background and the service is incredibly happy. I generally leave in a MUCH better mood then I entered. Thus I have come to think of TJs (Trader Joe's) as one of my favorite places in los angeles. If this is your first time on the west coast and you need groceries, you should check them out!
