WATCH for "bottle of water" TRICK! Feb 09, 2008
Hotel was not bad, but rooms were a bit dated. Room was clean, except for a/c filter (very dirty). Lots of features, and would have considered staying there again, BUT when checking out, they asked me if I "drank the little bottle of water" in th...read entire review at TravelPost.com

Bad service at the Chase Jul 25, 2006
I stayed at the Chase Suite Hotel and the service was bad, the maintenance department came to my room for three days in a row trying to fix an electrical plug. I called about it and the general manager said he had other things to do.read entire review at TravelPost.com
