Charlie Bird Travel Reviews

Jan 09, 2008
Music blasting and people dancing. Charlie Birdie is one of the oldest disco pubs in paris. You walk in to this small yet hip bar and you can right away feel the party. the bartenders are all nice and friendly speaking amongst them all the major languages of the world.(spanish english, italian and french as examples)

the drinks are well made and offer a vast selection. taking on a little of the american bar idea you can also have a bite to eat. the place is very calm and quiet until arouns 9.30-10 pm and then the party starts. music starts blasting with all the best kinds with an aray of vast selection. rock, hip hop, r&b, house, trance and much more allows you start and end your night in this trendy parisienne bar.

inside you can also get advice on the hip and trendy places to visit. with two floors of bars and dance floor anyone and everyone can find their pick. the crowd is aged between 20-35 and varies from the hip trendy crowd to a simple more emo group. often used as a meeting point by tourists to follow their sports team the Charlie birdie proves the place to be if you wanna have fun and enjoy your night. be careful though for often what happens in Charlie Birdie is hard to remember due to the heavy drinking that this bar induces you to have.

last tip be careful for your bags, and drinks when the bartenders start the counter on fire and turn it off by spraying water from the pipes onto the crowd. the bartenders make this even hotter with their white shirts and amazing bodies. boys and girls will be able to get more than an eyeful. This is a place you most see.

missmzungu says: If you like some expensive entertainment, the Lido on the Champs Elysées is a good choice. I went to the show Bonheur, which is still playing. I guess you can compare it with the Moulin Rouge, but it's better actually. I've been to both and the Lido is more glamourous and there are more dancers...
scnbenstein says: The French really know how to celebrate New Year's, whether it's clubbing in Paris or the sublime midnight grape-picking event in the Midi Pyrenees or an upscale, medieval celebration in a Loire castle.
