Chaoyang Theater Beijing Reviews
Flying Acrobats Show May 20, 2009
The Flying Acrobat Show at the Chaoyang Theater is an incredible feat of artistry and talent. Tickets range in price depending on where you want to sit and how many are in your group but can range from as low as 80 Yuan per ticket (a bad seat with more than 10 purchased) to over 800 Yuan (for a single seat in the best sections). If I recall we paid 150 Yuan for seats in the upper level but in a center section. I had no problems with that seat when it came time for the show.
The artistic feats that the acrobats perform is nothing short of incredible. The website has some photos from a few shows exhibiting some of the skills and there are videos out on the web you can search for using a combination of the theater name and the show. We were asked not to take photos or videos so as not to disturb the performance and I obliged in that regard.
In my view the Chengdu Opera that I reviewed earlier was a bit better this was a very close second for my entertainment value.
