While visiting my sister in Kuala Lumpur, we desided to have some days in Thailand. Traveling with AirAsia, it`s almost for free. We booked a nice hotel in Karon beach and from there we planed our excursion to Phangnga National Park with elephant safari, Khao Tapoo Roch Phuket, Krabi, Khai Nai, Khai Nui, and Khai Nok Islands.

From Patong I took a minivan to Khao Lak, which was the area hit hardest in Thailand by the tsunami. There was still some rebuilding going on.
