The next day I booked a daytrip by minivan from Chang Mai to the extreme north of Thailand.....all the way to the Golden Triangle. Its been a busy few weks, so sorry I haven't written much. we have seen so much to condense it here would be impossible. The elephant riding, waterfalling swimming and Lahu tribe dancing during our last homestay was incredible, I will need to add the photos when they are developed. Over the weekend we rested againfor what turned into an eventful week. On Monday, we travelled two hours to Thrun Proang (or something to that effect) school. We had a day to kill while in Siem Reap which we spent visiting the Landmine Museum, set up by a guy from the area who had set mines around the country when fighting for the Vietnamese during the war. Like most of Cambodian history, it was as sad as it was interesting.
