Chacha's Garden Pushkar Reviews
Oct 31, 2006
This place is owned and run by Mukesh (nickname Chacha) and his English wife who calls herself Rani.
The hotel is 2 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Puskar town. I think they only have about three rooms and for the Fair, they had set up a tent with two compartments as additional accommodation.
My room came with a toilet and shower. It was clean and the bed was 6 x 8 feet ... big enough for four people! Despite the thin kapok mattress, I slept soundly ... 12 hours on my first night.
Rani makes a great muesli with fresh fruit and yoghurt. She (and Mukesh) are very hospitable ... when I asked whether they had papaya, she simply sent their nephew to get it.
