After a nice dive, managed to be shown this restaurant. Actually got there around 10am, still in time for breakfast on a Sat. morning. The ocean breeze felt great, along w/ the view being very nice out on the patio w/ nothing in the way to observe everyone and everything out and about on the beach. The website is really cheesy and simple, and they do not show their breakfast menu, but the breakfast was good and inexpensive. I had the Eggs Oliver (Eggs benedict w/ avacado), and it came w/ potatoes and fruit. Their desserts looked very good, but I didn't get a chance to come back and purchase any. Finding parking can be a bit difficult, but well worth the trouble as there are many interesting local shops as well.
