Centre Pompidou-Metz Reviews
New Treasure off the typical tourist map Mar 11, 2011
I am living in Metz, France with family for a month and I am so happy to have discovered this town and this museum. It is just the right size for a museum with a great collection. Easy to access - Centre Pompidou-Metz has a direct connection to the train station making it super easy to access. Metz is about an hour and 15 minute train ride on the TGV from Paris. Great if you want to see more of France. Metz is a city that is about 3000 years old and has a great many treasures itself. You should check it out! Also while you are here try anything with mirabelles (it is a small fruit) in it as it is also a specialty of this area (Lorraine) and city (Metz).
