Hola Chica-
I'm from Canada, but have been living in Valencia for the past year. Valencia is much cheaper than Barcelona or Madrid...and if you are careful it can be very cheap. A great way to eat cheap and practice your Spanish is to go to the Central Market ( Mercado Central). Fruits and Vegetables are the best I have ever tasted and for a few Eros you can eat like a King!
