I've stayed there every year for 6 years. Will return. Convenient location, $17 rate, no hassles about 1 or 2 extra people in the room.
And the desk clerks are honest. |

This is a very conveniently located budget hotel. While the area is a bit seedy the hotel is very safe and clean. Rooms are large and begin at 640 pesos. I like it because nearly all the jeepney routes in Cebu pass within a block of the place. The hotel is very near Osmena, and just a block from the busy Colon shopping area.
