Cathedral of St. Michael and St. Gudula Aug 06, 2013
Cathedral of St. Michael and St. Gudula is the main catholic cathedral in the Belgium and place where royal marriages happen. I was impressed with gargoyles and stone figurines that are almost jumping on you from the façade. Huge stained windows fit beautifully in the surrounding and bring lots of color to this old church. Church is from 10th -11th century and Cathedral was started some time in 13th century and took 300 years to complete it. There are many wooden carvings inside the church, but one that I LOVE is with some skeletons trying to attack the guy with the sword :)

This one is best Cathedral I have seen in Belgium
