Another very good airline to travel.
Hong Kong based. I flew for Sydney to Rome with a stop in Hong Kong. Very long flight but again, quite comfortable. Safety record is clean. The staff on this airline again, are fantastic. English is spoken very well. Food is ok, not the worst ive had, but they always seemed to be handing around snacks and drinks, so its hard to complain about the portion sizes! Entertainment system is quite good, like most of the premium airlines these days. Price is not too bad. About mid tier, but depends i guess on when you book. Highly recommended. Hong Kong, what can I say about you. Not much, because I haven't left the airport. It's 12:41am and I have been waiting in baggage claim for my sister's delayed flight for five hours. The upside is at least I found 2 hours to sleep&nb…Cathay Pacific.
About the airline. Cathay Pacific is top notch. In flight entertainment included the latest movies, music, American TV shows and video games. there was a multplayer mah jong game that I played against other passengers. Food was decent. Snacks were abundant--they… Living at the airport. |

So I'm here at the airport, enjoying free internet : ) Something right away I can say you'll hardly find in the US. Just hopped off a 12 or 13 hour flight. Think I was in a daze most of the time. In and out of sleep, watching the latest …Pacific OCean cuz its actually shorter. Who knew? Makes sense tho. Hey also, Cathay Pacific Airways is great! Def recommend them! Plenty of good food, comfort, cute stewardists , and of course a full selection of movies to watch at no extra cost. Well I gotta… Welcome to Asia, Hong Kong style |

I had set my alarm for a 7am wake up, as my flight to Denpasar was at 10am. Somehow the alarm did not go off and I did not wake up until 8am! I was in a panic -- I ran through the shower, grabbed my things and checked out of the Regal Ho…Cathay Pacific flight to Denpasar easily enough. I wandered around the aiport with two women I met on the plane who were
from the East Bay and heading to ashram in India. We were not paying
attention but followed people who were on to a train that took us to

Off we were. My uncle and a good friend of mine dropped me and the rest of the family off at Schiphol Airport, and without any further delay we were on the plane to Hong Kong. This took us 11 hours, being folded in a chair. (you always see t…Cathay Pacific, but the service and entertainment wasn't what I was used to on those long flight (for example, in comparison to Singapore Airlines).
