Cataract Layalina Hotel Sharm el-Sheikh

Hey, all of you out there if you think you can enjoy a single day at that depressing hotel, well don't have high hopes, I had the terrible experience with bad service, very bad food The food was never fresh in fact re-heated leftovers were served frequently, the meat needs power teeth to deal with.
The staff was unfriendly at all except for the guy who delivered our bags.
I paid full payment before I arrive, I was managing to stay 8 nights, but I actually I left after one night.
Workers are just staring at you while you are in the swimming pool; bad management is what I faced when I complained about the depressing room I have that over looks a WALL, the receptionist Walid told me: "this is the only vacant room I can offer, and if you don’t feel comfortable at your room, you can spend the whole day by the pool!!!
That made me wonders what kinds of hell training have these tourism employees ever received.
You can also check the pictures I will post about that, and due to my unexpected check out after only one terrible night, they want to charge me for another night instead of trying to satisfy me as a guest. No way that this hotel could be a 4 stars one, it is no more than 2 stars.
