Got up late and toddled down to a nice breakfast in the hotel...toddled on down the road and purchased bottled water, used an internet for a bit and toddled back to hotel for an afternoon sleep...no nothing special yet... Spent some time looking out my window and spotted a man walking through the cafes carrying… Hamman |

Got back to hotel and got changed and went out again along the port going the other way this time.
Found the casino and various bars, but decided we would go back to the hotel and eat there, and get set for moving on again next day.
Not a lot going… Not quite like the movie :-O |

Once through customs, which was quite quick and painless, we were met by our arranged ride to the hotel. First time I've ever had to meet someone holding up a sign for me. I like that. First thoughts as we drove towards the city. It was really hot. It was really dusty and brown. There are donkeys… Of all the gin joints, in all the towns, in all the world, she walks into mine. |

…Lazy last day spent doing a few organisational things like confirm Etihad flight out tonight over at their office at the Sheraton Hotel, repack, repack, repack again! after collecting laundry (150MAD - Over $20 AUD). Getting hotel Ajiad to ring and confirm my taxi for 5p.m. was like asking for a free meal or something...was it REALLY so hard? Write and send those last couple of postcards… Farewell Morocco |

It was going to be difficult trekking through the city with this so we followed Hassan to a small hotel in some back alley that if I'd had to find it on my own, would have never located it again. He told me he was good friends with the hotel owner and that they'd keep my bag behind the counter for me while… New York to Casablanca |
