If you want to stay at a clean, safe, upscale area without hurting your budget. I highly recommend the Casablanca Hotel. It is within walking distance from banks, shops, restaurants and the Zona Rosa. For a 2 person bedroom it cost about $140K Colombian Peso a night.

Which is $70 US dollars, so thats about $35 US dollars per person. It has internet, a beautiful patio, internet access, TV and you can order food from their kitchen. The staff is very friendly.
