Nice, but expensive Apr 04, 2011
I came here on my last day to satisfy one last hankering: some feijoada. This restaurant offers feijoada every day, while the typical Brazilian restaurant serves it only Wednesdays and/or Saturdays. The food is good, and they bring you a LOT of it - enough to feed two people, at least.

The downside, as I went there alone, is that the feijoada meal (including small appetizers and dessert) is a little expensive... a bit over 60 reais when I went. Otherwise, the place was nice and cozy, the servers and host were friendly, and it seemed like they had a good wine selection from what I saw. Go there with a group and enjoy!

Typical Feijoada Oct 16, 2008
I went to Rio to have fun and know better the brazilian culture, of course I had to try their most famous and typical dish: Feijoada!

And i´m sure that I choosed the best place to try that. Casa da Feijoada - which means house of Feijoada - is really worthy!

They have such a delicious food. It´s really tasty. I couldn´t stop to eat that! loooolll

Me and my boyfriend left the restaurant totally stuffed! Really worth it!
