Casa Particular Santa Clara Cuba - Reviews and Deals - Santa Clara

The owner of the casa particular where we stayed in Havana recommended this casa particular in Santa Clara, we were a bit skeptic at first but wanted to check it out anyways. We went to the address given to us and it was an apartment upstairs, the lady there didn't speak English but he called her son Ernesto over the phone, and he took us to their casa particular, like a block away.
It was much better than what we had in Havanna, a big room with A/C and fridge, with granite floors and a large window, we practically had the whole house for ourselves, there was a Belgian couple in the next room, but they were hardly there.
The location is great, you can walk everywhere in Santa Clara, very friendly people, we went to Remedios and Caibarien on the third day of our stay and came back, that night our host's wife cooked dinner for us, and we had coffee and a pleasant chat in their balcony overlooking the square with a nice breeze, it was brilliant!
