A small intimate hacienda hotel in the center of Cabo San Lucas. In 1985 when Ed Giddings started building Club Cascadas de Baja, he realized the necessity of having a place to house employees coming from the mainland of Mexico to work at the resort. In his inestimable charm and style, he and his son Mark created Casa Pablito named after Mark whose middle name is Paul, hence "Pablito".
