What makes Casa Misha exceptional is the phenomenal level of hospitality and the dedication of owners/hosts, Ed and Richard. They are able to anticipate their guests’ every need, from recommending a terrific local restaurant to arranging a relaxing massage on a private patio overlooking the lights of beautiful San Miguel de Allende. Because of their knowledge of the city and great relationships in the community, I felt as if I was staying with friends at a private villa instead of a traditional hotel.

At Casa Misha, there was no schedule to follow. Everything we wanted to do was tailored to meet OUR needs. This included Spanish classes and mealtimes. Everyone was more than willing to accommodate our schedule in any way possible.

The property itself is stunningly beautiful, quiet, and charming; it’s a lush and calming retreat where you can settle in after a day of exploring all that San Miguel has to offer. I’m still dreaming about Ed’s delectable fresh baked bread, and the Cosmopolitan Richard fixed me was complete perfection. Their attention to detail is evidenced in every aspect of this truly magical hotel. I can’t wait to stay there again!
